Battery Cell Engineer, Applications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US customers throughout battery development programs
  • Lead technical discussions, program reviews, and issue resolution
  • Facilitate meetings and document action items effectively
  • Cook up cross-functional teams in RFI/RFQ processes and proposals
  • Develop and maintain detailed program schedules and milestones
  • Identify program risks and drive mitigation strategies
  • Support DFMEA, PFMEA, and other activities as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, or related discipline)
  • 3+ years in automotive, EV, or energy storage product development
  • 5+ years in Technical Program Management or equivalent leadership roles
  • Good understanding of Li-ion battery systems and validation processes
  • Proven experience working with automotive OEM customers
  • Solid knowledge of automotive product development processes, including DV/PV and APQP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
