Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for US customers throughout battery development programs
- Lead technical discussions, program reviews, and issue resolution
- Facilitate meetings and document action items effectively
- Cook up cross-functional teams in RFI/RFQ processes and proposals
- Develop and maintain detailed program schedules and milestones
- Identify program risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Support DFMEA, PFMEA, and other activities as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, or related discipline)
- 3+ years in automotive, EV, or energy storage product development
- 5+ years in Technical Program Management or equivalent leadership roles
- Good understanding of Li-ion battery systems and validation processes
- Proven experience working with automotive OEM customers
- Solid knowledge of automotive product development processes, including DV/PV and APQP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
