About the Role
We are seeking knowledgeable, customer-focused auto, diesel, aircraft, or forklift technicians to join the Crown team. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing industrial batteries and chargers, performing planned maintenance, and maintaining a service van and its inventory.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial batteries and chargers.
- Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer industrial batteries and chargers.
- Maintain a service van and its inventory.
- Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than 2 years of related experience.
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes.
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
- Good written/verbal communication skills and customer care skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical degree.
- Previous battery and charger repair experience.
- Welding skills.
- Knowledge of various types of testing equipment.

Pay and Schedule
- Excellent wage package.
- No flat rate pay structure.
- 40 hours per week plus overtime.
