Bathroom Remodeler - Full Time, $2,000 SIGNING BONUS

At West Shore Home, you’ll lead professional bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish—demolishing existing showers and tubs, completing necessary plumbing updates, and installing new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and accessories. Responsibilities
- Lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish
- Load your truck and materials at the warehouse before heading to the job
- Arrive at the customer's home on time and represent West Shore Home professionally
- Safely demo existing tubs and showers while protecting the customer's home
- Install new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and related components
- Perform plumbing updates and modifications when needed
- Ensure installations meet our quality and safety standards
- Keep the jobsite clean and treat the customer's home with respect
- Communicate with customers throughout the installation
- Complete required paperwork and project closeout
- Return to the warehouse at the end of the day
Requirements
You don't need to be taught how to swing a hammer or measure a wall. We're looking for someone who already has hands-on experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, plumbing, construction, or residential installation and can take ownership of a project.
- Work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Read and follow measurements and installation specifications
- Work with hand and power tools
- Perform demolition and residential remodeling
- Make plumbing adjustments as needed
- Solve problems when things don't go exactly according to plan
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Take pride in the quality of your finished work
- Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction, or installation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Valid smartphone or smart device for required company systems and two-factor authentication
Pay
- $23–$28/hour, based on experience and skill level
- $2,000 sign‑on bonus — $1,000 after 30 days and $1,000 after 90 days
- Overtime paid at 1.5× regular rate
- Saturdays paid at double time
