    • Complete electrical work including lighting installation, fan systems, GFCI outlets, and other code-compliant wiring tasks.
    • Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Project & Team Leadership:
    • Lead and supervise any assistants or subcontractors on-site.
    • Maintain daily communication with the Project Manager regarding job progress and next steps.
    • Manage jobsite safety and cleanliness.
  • Inventory & Materials Management:
    • Track and manage materials on-site.
    • Coordinate with warehouse or suppliers for timely deliveries.
    • Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before installation.
  • Technical Skills & Documentation:
    • Use digital tools (e.g., CompanyCam, ServiceMinder, or similar) to document progress, update project notes, and track change orders.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Communicate professionally with homeowners about progress, timelines, and any adjustments needed.
    • Address concerns on-site promptly and respectfully.
