About the role

Bath Fitter, a leader in bathtub and shower remodeling, is seeking motivated and dependable Installers to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Install bathtubs, showers, and wall systems in customers’ homes
• Stock and organize your company vehicle with materials and tools needed for the day
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and professional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow Bath Fitter installation and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Use tools and materials safely and efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable using power tools and measuring accurately
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic technology skills using a phone or tablet
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Qualifications

• Previous bathroom installation experience is a plus, but not required
• If you have experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, handyman work, flooring, cabinetry, or other hands-on trades, we encourage you to apply
