Responsibilities
- Install bath and shower remodeling systems in customer homes
- Perform finish carpentry and basic plumbing as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Communicate with customers throughout the installation
- Follow company systems and installation procedures
- Upload completion photos and job updates
Qualifications
- 1+ years of construction or home improvement experience
- Plumbing and carpentry experience preferred
- Experience with acrylic shower and bath systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
