Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the State of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents in their daily activities
- Aid residents with personal hygiene and grooming
- Encourage social engagement and interaction
- Create and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Distribute meal trays and document food/fluid intake
- Make beds and tidy residents’ personal spaces
- Perform all tasks involved in daily resident care
