What You'll Do

• Travel throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
• Conduct professional in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions based on each customer's goals, style, and budget.
• Educate homeowners on our products, installation process, warranty, and financing options.
• Deliver a polished, consultative sales presentation.
• Build trust and create an outstanding customer experience.
• Close sales during the appointment.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within our CRM.

Requirements

• Previous in-home sales or high-ticket sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout Long Island daily.

Compensation

100% Commission-Based
Position Expected First-Year Earnings: $150,000–$200,000+
