About the role

As a Showroom Consultant, you will leverage your technical knowledge and superior customer service skills to help create customers for life. Helping through every step of the sales process, you will follow through on all orders and ensure customer satisfaction. Your profound knowledge of appliances will help with answering any questions regarding product specifications and installation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of industry experience

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Attendance: Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location
• Physical Capacities: Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods
• Operation of Office Equipment: Job requires operation of computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including near vision, manual dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment
• Oral Communication Skills: Speaking, speech clarity, and speech recognition
• Written Communication Skills: Writing, reading and written comprehension, and written expression
