About Surface Experts
Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, elevator panels — almost everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.
Responsibilities
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Communicate with the support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
Requirements
- Experience performing work using your hands (e.g., construction, manufacturing, painting, or personal hobbies; facilities maintenance is a bonus but not required)
- Ability to comprehend, detect, evaluate, and reproduce colors

Pay
Pay range of $19 to $25 per hour, includes base pay and performance-based bonuses.
Schedule
No weekends, late nights, or evenings. Weekly team meetings.
