About the role

Bath Planet of Richmond & Virginia Beach is one of the fastest-growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We specialize in transforming bathrooms with attractive, durable, and low-maintenance remodeling solutions that improve the lives of homeowners. We are currently seeking experienced Bath Installers to join our team and complete high-quality bathroom remodeling projects throughout the Richmond and Virginia Beach markets.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems according to company standards.
• Complete bathroom remodeling projects with excellent workmanship and attention to detail.
• Install vanities, toilets, and other bathroom fixtures.
• Install LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment in customers' homes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners during the installation process.
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and installation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience installing acrylic bath systems, including HTP product lines.
• Previous bathroom remodeling experience required.
• Strong knowledge of residential remodeling and construction practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage installation projects.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and required installation tools.
• Valid driver's license required.

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor position. Potential earnings of $100,000+ annually. Consistent installation opportunities. Opportunity to work with a growing and established remodeling company.
