Bath Installation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete acrylic bath and shower installations
• Oversee projects from preparation through completion
• Perform bathroom remodeling work including carpentry, trim work, and construction tasks
• Utilize plumbing knowledge to complete installations and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure installations meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while respecting customers' homes
• educate customers on the care and maintenance of their new bath system
• Complete required paperwork, measurements, and job photos
• Maintain tools, materials, and installation equipment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bathroom remodeling, construction, or in-home renovation experience
• Previous acrylic bath or shower installation experience preferred
• Plumbing experience required or strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, trim work, and remodeling techniques
• Ability to read measurements and use tools such as levels, tape measures, drills, and saws
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Starting pay based on experience (DOE)
