Bath Accessories / Shelving Installer

Key Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, and logging materials onto a truck
• Following the shelving template to cut materials, pre-drill holes, and fasten closet shelves
• Ensuring the proper installation of brackets, supports, and hardware for secure shelving systems
• Installing shower door kits and custom shower doors
• Making measurements and mounting mirrors to the wall, ensuring they are level
• Fastening and attaching hardware for bath accessory items as needed
• Working with project managers and clients to ensure installations meet design requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are always followed
• May be required to drive a company vehicle, following all driving rules and DOT requirements and maintaining tools/truck
• Reporting and documenting any damage or discrepancies in materials and products
• Recording and handing in daily paperwork

Role Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Installation experience is a plus
• Proficient in using hand and power tools safely
• Able to work in tight spaces
• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Able to climb ladders and scaffolding
• Able to bend, twist, and turn the body at the shoulders, waist, and knees
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Lifting and carrying materials and tools, sometimes weighing over 50 pounds
• Moving through residential construction sites
• Attention to detail to complete final punch-out tasks efficiently
