Responsibilities

• Stages and manually charges necessary raw materials into mixing container.
• Follows batch work instructions to manufacture quality products.
• Monitors and controls mixing equipment and other instruments to ensure a batch is produced according to work instructions.
• Adjusts a batch under QC guidance until it is approved.
• Follows manufacturing schedule and works with Supervisor regarding any potential improvements or concerns.
• Cleans work area to company standards.
• Ensures work area is safe, clean, and free of recognizable hazards; communicates all spills or other hazards immediately to floor supervisor or safety.
• Complies with all PPE standards.

Requirements

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to operate high-speed dispersers and other handling equipment.
• Able to read and comprehend English.
• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds.
• Ability to read digital scales.
• Chemical manufacturing experience is preferred.

Pay

This position has a starting hourly rate of $22.27 - $24.75 per hour. The range represents the expected hourly range for this position. The actual hourly rate may vary based on relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.

Schedule

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
