About the role

We are a local Dunkin Baskin Robbins Franchisee with 13 locations, seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper for our central office in Skokie, IL. However, the role described is for a Delivery Driver.

Work Experience Requirements

• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license required
• Clean driving record with no moving violations

Responsibilities

This position will organize orders, check orders for accuracy, load, and deliver following a specific route.

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to guests or businesses in a safe, timely manner with a friendly attitude
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and the guest is satisfied
• Protecting the quality of the Baskin Ice Cream Cake Products
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
• Keeping the vehicle organized, clean, and tidy
• Complying with all health and safety guidelines and PNR policies and procedures
• Maintaining a consistent work attendance and punctuality record
• Keeping the good of the team or guest ahead of personal interests or gain
• Listening actively and communicating openly, clearly, and respectfully

Work Availability

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands
