About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Basketball Referee to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for officiating basketball games and ensuring fair play.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to league rules and regulations
• Make timely and accurate decisions during games
• Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and officials
• Manage disputes and conflicts between players and teams
• Prepare game reports and submit them to the league office

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional basketball referee
• Knowledge of NCAA, NBA, or other relevant league rules and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Physical fitness to meet the demands of the job

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Passing physical examination
