Requirements
- MD or DO degree with a focus on basic sciences
- Exceptional communication skills and a deep passion for educational innovation
- High scores on USMLE® Step 1, 2, and 3 examinations
- A love for writing and experience in creating educational materials, particularly in a nonclinical or academic setting
- A strong commitment to accuracy and detail, ensuring that all content meets UWorld's high standards
Job Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content for the USMLE®, ABIM®, ABFM, and other UWorld Question Banks, focusing on high-yield basic science topics and clinical vignettes
- Review and enhance content produced by fellow team members, providing constructive feedback while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere
- Work closely with the medical illustration team to create impactful visuals that support and enhance the learning experience
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize content production, enhance user experience, and address feedback from learners
- Manage your time effectively, balancing multiple projects while contributing positively to our team culture
- Undertake additional tasks as needed to help UWorld continue its mission of excellence in medical education
