About the role
This is an in-person role based in Chandler, AZ. This position is not remote or hybrid and does not offer relocation assistance.
Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliations and financial analyses
- Provide financial analysis and support to business partners
- Recommend and implement accounting process improvements
- Develop and enhance accounting procedures and controls
- Perform special projects and ad hoc analyses
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve accounting process issues
- Analyze financial reports, variances, and anomalies
- Research and resolve financial discrepancies
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Develop spreadsheets, reports, and financial projections
- Prepare financial information for management review and decision-making
- May provide work direction, training, and development support to team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Three (3+) years of related accounting or financial analysis experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to import large volumes of data from multiple sources
- Ability to convert data into usable Excel formats
- Experience using VLOOKUP functions and Pivot Tables preferred
- Ability to complete work accurately and timely
- Ability to develop and present analysis using charts and tables
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong attention to detail
