About the role
Join Erie Home as a Basement Waterproofing Laborer and work on a solid crew installing industry-best waterproofing systems that protect homeowners from flooding and mold.
Responsibilities
- Work on a team of 4–5 people led by on-site leadership
- Install waterproofing systems, drill around basement perimeters, and set up drain tile systems while fostering a safe work environment
- Haul rock, gravel, and debris in 65 lb. buckets
- Crawl into tight spaces and make them watertight
Requirements
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to drive a Dump Truck is a plus
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor
- Comfortable working in dirty or confined spaces like crawl spaces
- Ability to lift 65 lbs. and climb stairs without issue
- Able to use heavy tools
Pay
Starting wage of $20 per hour with weekly pay.
