Duties And Responsibilities Professionally greet all individuals entering the EL1 Sports Facility, providing the highest level of customer serviceAnswer questions, provide direction, and alert staff when someone is there to meet themProvide tours of the facility as requestedAnswer and manage incoming inquiries and document the follow up/resolution in the customer inquiry logAccept and distribute deliveries and mailMaintain reception and restroom area, keeping it clean, and free of clutterAssist instructors with the set up and operation of various training technologiesMaintain Program, Staff, and Facility schedule including facility programs, Powered-By training, mobile league development fall/spring, camps, mobile training, clinics, etc.Partner with General Manager on all apparel/uniform/equipment offerings and orders via approved vendorsPerforms other related duties as necessary or assigned Requirements Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendlyKnowledge and passion for baseball and softball preferredMust be friendly, vibrant, and outgoingMust be able to effectively communicate in person, via email, and via phoneProficiency using Microsoft Office Suite preferredPositive mindset and attitude Salary Description $8.00/hour
