Baseball Instructor

Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Pitching and/or Hitting Instructor to help develop baseball players' mechanics, technique, and game understanding.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group instruction on pitching and hitting fundamentals
• Analyze player performance and provide personalized coaching and feedback
• Create structured, progressive training plans to improve mechanics and consistency
• Teach proper warm-up, recovery, and injury prevention techniques
• Support players’ overall development in a positive and encouraging environment

Qualifications

• Skill in delivering high-quality instruction in both pitching and hitting
• Experience working with youth baseball players
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to teach proper mechanics and techniques safely
• Passion for developing players' love for the game

Pay

• $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule

• Weekday evenings: Monday-Friday, 4pm-9pm
• Weekends: Saturday & Sunday between 9am-3pm
