Southeast Electrical Contracting Services LLC (SWECS) is seeking a motivated and dependable BAS Installer to join our EMCS Division. This role is responsible for the installation of Building Automation and Energy Management Control Systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical or BAS experience, maintains strong safety standards, and can work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install conduit, raceways, control wiring, and EMCS devices
• Install control panels, sensors, actuators, and related BAS components
• Pull wire and run conduit
• Follow construction drawings, specifications, and SWECS safety standards
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and project teams
• Keep job sites organized, safe, and compliant
• Meet project timelines while maintaining quality workmanship
• Experience with HVAC controls (BMS/BAS)

Entry-Level Requirements

• Minimum 3-7 years of work experience in BAS or the electrical trade
• Knowledgeable in EMCS systems, electrical installation materials, and wiring methods
• OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification required
• Able to read and interpret MEP plans and specifications
• Able to read and interpret EMCS system submittal drawings
