BAS-HVAC Controls Programmer (On-site)

We're growing! New Jersey’s premier HVAC-Plumbing-Electrical company is looking for a full-time, on-site Controls Programmer to join our team. Responsibilities

• Programing controllers
• Front end graphics
• Troubleshooting controller functions

Requirements

• 1-2 years of active programming on Tridium Niagara controllers such as Honeywell, Distech and similar platforms
• Tridium Niagara N4/AX programming certification
• Commercial HVAC controls experience
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, wire diagrams, control schematics, mechanical drawings and spec documentation
• Understanding of commercial HVAC equipment sequencing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• US Citizen or Green card holder – no sponsorship available now or in the future
• Must be able to work Mon-Fri, with occasional Saturdays (less than 2 per year)

Bonus Points

• Testing and commissioning of Building automations systems
• Collaborate with engineering, field and project management
• BACnet, Lonworks, Modbus
• Direct digital controls (DDC) experience
• Review and audit work completed by junior team members
• IP networking knowledge base
