This Pacific Northwest-based contractor has over three decades of experience specializing in building automation systems for commercial properties. They focus on delivering intuitive, user-friendly solutions designed for ease of learning and operation.

Responsibilities

• Creating control algorithms
• Managing system databases
• Integrating multiple systems
• Executing project start-ups
• Providing training and documentation for end users
• Inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing automation systems
• Modifying programs and graphics

Requirements

• 4+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience
• Strong BAS/BMS programming experience
• Experience with one or more of the following BAS platforms: JCI Metasys, Delta, Distech, Schneider Electric Ecostruxure, Trane, Automated Logic, or other

Qualifications

• BS in a related field (nice‑to‑have)
• Direct Digital Control (DDC) experience (nice‑to‑have)
• LonWorks, BACnet, Modbus experience (nice‑to‑have)
• Tridium Niagara N4 certification (nice‑to‑have)

Pay

$90,000 - $120,000 per year
