About the role

Department: Account Management & Service
Location: Austin, TX (hybrid/flexible options may be discussed)
Experience Required: 2–5 years

Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal lines book of business for high-net-worth clients with autonomy and discretion.
  • Conduct annual reviews and present recommendations to enhance client coverage.
  • Collaborate with Producers on client strategy, renewals, and marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the execution of policy changes, renewals, and internal documentation.
  • Understand clients' insurance objectives and compare coverage options to fit their needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, resolving issues, and troubleshooting claims or billing problems.
  • Maintain strong carrier relationships; negotiate on behalf of clients when necessary.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell additional products when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Experience managing large personal lines accounts and working with high-net-worth clients.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an insurance Account Management role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma required; AA or college degree preferred.
  • Active Texas General Agent License and up-to-date with all CE credits.
