Job Summary

Join Award-winning Chef Roberto Alcocer at Vallé, a Michelin Star restaurant in the Guadalupe Valley, as part of a high-performance team. Fulfill guest orders and manage the bar area while creating a welcoming and clean environment. Ideal candidate has 3+ years of bartending experience in fine dining establishments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages in accordance with menu and Valle standards
• Provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests
• Man the bar area and fulfill guest orders
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Must be available Tuesday – Saturday
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
• 3+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining establishment
• 3+ years of F&B experience
• Ability to work well under pressure
