Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and process cash and credit card transactions.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including providing drinks from the service well.
• Adhere to alcohol service policies, safe drinking guidelines, and verify patron identification to ensure compliance with age requirements.
• Follow cash handling policies and ensure the security of company assets.
• Set up and break down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing.
• Take inventory counts and restock products to appropriate levels.
• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive demeanor toward guests, clients, and coworkers.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current trends.
• Able to obtain all required Aramark and state/local alcohol service certifications.
• Demonstrates hospitality, friendliness, and comprehensive beverage knowledge.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
