Responsibilities
- Be friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests.
- Handle monies in the coin banks.
- Prepare orders from the cocktail staff and guests.
- Manage inventory in their assigned bar.
- Notify the barback when supplies are low.
- Prepare cut fruit, condiments, etc.
- Perform other duties as required.
Compentencies
- Add and subtract two-digit numbers.
- Multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Work with units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Work Environment
- Sometimes exposed to outside weather conditions.
- Noise level is usually moderate.
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
