Mix and serve food and drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team with bartending and service staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Limit incidences by following ServSafe Alcohol guidelines on over-service, including stopping service of alcoholic beverages to patrons as needed
• Maintain and clean working area by following established opening and closing checklists

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months previous bartending experience
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
