Border Cafe in Saugus is seeking a qualified Bartender/Server to join our team in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Greet customers and present menus
• Make suggestions based on customer preferences
• Take and serve food and drink orders
• Arrange table settings and maintain cleanliness
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Communicate with serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to health department regulations and customer service guidelines

Requirements

• Experience as a Restaurant Bartender & Server
• Familiarity with ordering information systems
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork and time-management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Active listening and customer-centric approach
• Good physical condition
• High school diploma (food safety training is a plus)
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Saugus, MA
• At least 1 year of restaurant experience (bartending experience preferred)

Pay

$18.00 - $35.00 per hour plus tips

Schedule

• 7-8 hour shifts (day and night shifts available)
• Open 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends
