About the role

The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a personable, professional, and fast-paced environment.

This is a seasonal role from September 25, 2026, to September 27, 2026, with an hourly rate of $3.63 and tip eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in guest service, coworker interaction, and uniform standards.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide service as described.
• Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits to suggestively upsell products to guests.
• Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards for serving size.
• Verify guest IDs to ensure compliance with age requirements for alcohol purchase.
• Communicate cut-off to guests as required and de-escalate intoxicated guest situations.
• Contact management or security for confrontational or belligerent guests.
• Request and restock products as needed and maintain the issued bank at the bar.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is well-maintained.
• Assist with setting up, breaking down bar equipment, and organizing the cooler as required.

Requirements

• Six months or more of bartending experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; bartending school preferred.
• Accurate cash handling skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.

Pay

Hourly rate of $3.63, plus tips.
