BARTENDER (PART-TIME)

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for restaurant and banquet patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customer ID and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

• Working experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Use of point‑of‑sale system for ringing up orders
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Available to work Wednesday through Sunday shifts starting between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm and ending around 10:00 pm
• Pre‑employment criminal screening required

Pay

Hourly base pay $6.00–$8.00 plus tip share. The average tip share for 2026 is $18.26. Additional pay includes the potential to earn add‑on and/or cash tips left by members or guests.

Schedule

Part‑time, under 29 hours per week. Shifts are Wednesday‑Sunday, 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm (dinner shifts 3:30 pm – 10:00 pm). Start times are between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm, ending around 10:00 pm.
