The Asbury Restaurant, located inside the historic Dunhill hotel—Charlotte's oldest and only historic hotel—is seeking experienced team members to uphold the highest standards of legendary service, food presentation, and bartending in an award-winning modern southern restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests of the restaurant and hotel to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
• Ensure each meal period is properly prepared, with all menu items available to expedite service (e.g., desserts, milk, and other menu products).
• Provide a professional image at all times through appearance, dress, and grooming.
• Follow company policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to culinary staff.
• Collaborate with others to accomplish the vision and mission of the restaurant.
• Continuously develop job skills, education, and work experience for personal and team growth.
• Perform duties honestly, fairly, and with respect for others.
• Demonstrate a personal drive to excel and adapt to changing assignments or priorities.
