About the role

We are looking for talented and passionate Bartenders to join our team at Ballers. Our bar program features timeless classic cocktails reimagined with a creative twist, alongside a curated focus on premium tequila, mezcal, and brown spirits. It’s a vibrant yet refined environment where tradition meets innovation, and every pour is crafted with intention.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and serve a range of craft cocktails, classic and modern, with expert technique and consistency.
• Guide guests through the cocktail menu and provide knowledgeable recommendations on spirits, particularly tequila, mezcal, and brown spirits.
• Manage bar setup, breakdown, and cleanliness to maintain an inviting environment.
• Engage with guests warmly, providing attentive and energetic service throughout their visit.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system operations accurately.
• Uphold all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking of spirits, wines, beers, and supplies.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktail specials and menu innovation.
• Collaborate with servers and barbacks to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, craft-focused bar environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and spirits, with special emphasis on tequila, mezcal, and brown spirits.
• Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (e.g., RAMP, TIPS) preferred or required by start date.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for guest experience, craft beverage culture, and teamwork.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
