Como Bartender Non-Tipped en Sodexo, proporcionará un excepcional servicio al cliente, y mezclará y servirá tragos a los patrones, directamente o a través de los meseros, de forma rápida y sin desperdicios. Los bármanes deben trabajar bien con los meseros y otros empleados para asegurarse de que los clientes reciban un servicio rápido.

Recibe a los clientes, mezcla y sirve tragos con y sin alcohol y crea recetas para tragos con adornos adecuados.
Se asegura que el área asignada del bar esté completamente equipada con las herramientas y productos necesarios para mezclar bebidas y servir a los clientes.
Prepara recuentos de inicio precisos y emite pedidos de inventario o de compra según sea necesario para reponer los suministros.

Estas responsabilidades incluyen

Trabajar bien con los meseros y otros empleados para asegurarse de que los clientes reciban un servicio rápido.
Preparar una amplia gama de recetas de bebidas y mezclar las bebidas correctamente.
Trabajar con la capacidad para caminar o permanecer de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo, a lo largo de toda la duración de un turno, que puede exceder las 8 horas.
Acelerar movimientos repetitivos.
Asistir a trabajar y se presentar para el turno programado a tiempo, con la regularidad suficiente.

Usted trae

Diploma de educación secundaria (high school), diploma de educación general (General Education Diploma, GED) o experiencia equivalente.
De 0 a 1 año de experiencia relevante.
Capacidad para preparar una amplia gama de recetas de bebidas y mezclar las bebidas correctamente.
Edad mínima requerida para servir alcohol o trabajar como barman según las regulaciones locales y estatales.
