Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and host guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Support reservations, seating, and overall service flow.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, sake, wine, and other beverages.
• Provide beverage recommendations and pairings when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front-of-house and bar area.
• Assist with inventory support, prep, and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining, upscale, or fast-paced hospitality environments preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with spirits, sake, wine, and cocktail preparation.
• Team and detail-oriented.
• Professional, reliable, and comfortable in a high-service environment.
