Bartender - Lookout Bar

About the Role

Perched above it all, Lookout Bar delivers a guest experience built on atmosphere, energy, and unforgettable views. Every shift feels like part service, part show—where craft cocktails, elevated small plates, and a high-energy team come together to create something guests remember long after they leave. We're currently adding skilled Bartenders who move fast, think on their feet, and genuinely enjoy working in a collaborative, guest-focused environment.

Duties

• Execute drink recipes with precision and consistency
• Support efficient bar operations through batching, prep, and maintaining a fully stocked, organized workspace
• Engage directly with guests at the bar and in your service area, delivering attentive, elevated hospitality from first pour to last call
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and menu fluency—knowing the offerings inside and out to ensure every guest receives a seamless, top-tier experience

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Bartending experience
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
• Passion for food and beverage
• Passion for hospitality

Schedule & Pay

This is a full-time and part-time position, available both seasonal and year-round. Schedule runs from 1pm to closing. Pay rate is $15.16/hour plus tips.
