Bartenders available for Lunch & Dinner shifts. This job begins November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend menu items.
• Retrieve cash bags from vault and verify cash amount.
• Count stock by verifying amounts on the stand sheet.
• Ensure stand is properly stocked with products and cleaned.
• Fill orders quickly and efficiently using POS and credit card machine.
• Check for valid identification to ensure only guests of legal age are served alcoholic beverages.
• Encourage responsible alcohol consumption and promote safe transportation options.
• Use new cups for every beverage transaction.
• Complete sanitation worksheet in full.
• Complete Alcohol Incident Log whenever service is denied to a guest.
• Recount stock, verify on stand sheet, and enter end counts into Point of Sale.
• Fill out stand sheets completely by tallying sales and depositing money.
• Clean bar area.
• Requisition stock for next event.
• Turn in cash bag and report to the vault.
• Report earned tips in the time clock.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to serve classical cocktails to customers.

Pay

$16.90 per hour
