$16.90 per hour

Responsibilities

• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to guests following standard recipes and company policies
• Merchandises drinks
• Is attentive to guests, making them feel welcome
• Adheres to responsible alcohol service standards
• Able to “slow down a guest” or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary
• Follows recipes to prepare beverages such as liquor, cocktails, and other drinks
• Operates within full compliance of state liquor laws, regulations, health codes, and sanitation guidelines
• Conducts basic cash and credit card transactions
• Maintains glassware and utensils
• Knows the menu and reads guests to make appropriate beverage and food recommendations

Requirements

• Age 21+
• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience mixing and making alcoholic drinks
• Ability to multi‑task
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
• Ability to pass a background check (if 18+), which may include credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references per company policy
• Preferred availability: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Certifications: ServSafe Alcohol, California Food Handlers Card
• TIPS certification
