Responsibilities

• Serve patrons courteously, swiftly, and efficiently, maintaining a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Adhere to guidelines for the legal and responsible service of alcohol.
• Take orders, engage in suggestive selling, and craft drinks according to specific recipes.
• Handle financial transactions: accurately receive money, give back change, and be accountable for all cash managed at the register during the shift.
• At the end of the shift, count down the cash drawer to ensure all totals are accurate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and consistently adhere to laws regarding the responsible service of alcohol.
• Excellent communication skills are required for interacting with a diverse range of guests and ensuring a memorable WOW experience.
• Physically capable of lifting 15‑20 pounds.
• Able to maintain a high level of energy and efficiency for shifts lasting up to 8 hours.
