Bartender - Jason Aldean's, Gatlinburg

Provide guests and servers with expertly mixed drinks while maintaining high standards of sanitation, customer service, and teamwork. Verify patron identification and age, present menus, take orders, handle payments, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare alcoholic beverages with strict attention to sanitation and order accuracy
• Attend to customers, present bar and restaurant menus, and assist with food and beverage selection
• Take and serve orders, answer questions, and make product recommendations
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and wait staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle complaints or problems professionally and with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and process payments accurately
• Verify identification and age of patrons

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of bartending experience
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma; food safety training is a plus
• Proven cashier and money-handling experience
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds
• Ability to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching
