Restaurant Manager (Kid Shelleen’s Trolley Square)
Responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including food and beverage service, staff supervision, and customer relations. Requires strong leadership skills and experience in hospitality management.
Sous Chef (Kid Shelleen’s)
Oversees day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensures quality and consistency of dishes, and works closely with the Executive Chef. Requires extensive culinary experience and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Bartender (Harry’s Savoy Grill)
Manages bar operations, serves drinks, and interacts with guests. Must have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of mixed drinks.
Server
Provides exceptional guest service, manages reservations, and assists with food and beverage service. Requires good communication skills and ability to multitask.
Banquet Server
Assists with banquet planning, sets up tables, and serves guests during events. Requires attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Line Cook
Prepares food according to recipes, follows safety guidelines, and maintains high standards of hygiene. Requires basic cooking skills and willingness to learn new techniques.
