Bartender (Full-Time)

Bartender Responsibilities

• Mixing and Serving Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on standard recipes or customer preferences. Ensure the quality and consistency of drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking drink orders, and engaging in friendly interactions. Address customer inquiries and make recommendations based on preferences.
• Order Processing: Process drink orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems to record transactions. Handle cash transactions and provide change as needed.
• Stocking and Replenishing: Monitor beverage inventory and restock supplies as needed. Ensure that the bar is well-stocked with ingredients, garnishes, and other necessary items.
• Creating Specials: Develop and recommend signature cocktails or drink specials to enhance the menu and attract customers.
• Knowledge of Beverages: Stay informed about different types of beverages, including wines, beers, and spirits. Provide information and recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
• Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. Follow responsible beverage service guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts
• Sell effectively
• Outstanding people skills
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Knowledge of beer, wine & spirits
• Previous bartending experience preferred
