BARTENDER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)
About the role
Eurest is hiring immediate full-time and part-time BARTENDER positions at the Delta Sky Club MKE. Online applications are accepted only. Schedules vary but open availability is preferred, with weekends required.
Responsibilities
- Adheres to state and federal liquor regulations
- Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all necessary supplies
- Maintains stock, prepares, cures, and stores perishables to ensure quality
- Greets guests courteously and processes orders for drinks
- Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard recipes
- Checks guests for proper identification and detects inebriated guests
- Demonstrates knowledge of liquor laws and practices prudent portion control
- Receives cash, makes change, verifies charges, and locks up and stores all beverage and food items
- Cleans the work area and maintains an attractive display in the bar area
- Washes and sterilizes stemware
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous bartending experience is required.

Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
