Bartender/Front Desk Agent - Salt Ranch Nashville

Essential Duties

• Maintain bar supplies by preparing daily requisitions as necessary.
• Be completely familiar with all types of liquor, recipes, prices, proper glassware, and garnishes.
• Accurately charge guests for drinks and accurately record all monies.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure positive guest relations.
• Resolve guest complaints to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Be formally trained in liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.
• Work at the front desk to answer phones, check guests in and out, handle service recovery, and assist with guest requests.
