Responsibilities
- Display Southern Hospitality and connect with guests while developing loyal guests.
- Always maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Work with “Teamwork” always in mind.
- Continuously execute Truluck’s Performance Standards (Points of Difference).
- Be aware of and abide by all liquor service laws.
- Maintain current state alcohol certification.
- Check proper and legal identification of anyone who appears to be under the age of 25.
- Perform bar set-up, running side work, and closing duties as assigned.
- Serve guests according to steps in service and scripts as trained.
- Possess and maintain product knowledge through continuous weekly education.
- Pass all product and service step tests with a grade of 90% or higher.
- Prepare beverages with consistency of recipe with proper and fresh garnish.
- Participate in bar clean-up and conduct bar clean-up in accordance with health code regulations.
- Maintain bar safety and sanitation.
- Operate the POS computerized cash register system and accept payments according to company cash handling policies.
- Lawfully declare tips according to tip declaration procedure.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of previous hospitality experience, with a proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment.
- Flexible and malleable attitude towards new ideas.
- Beliefs and behaviors that reflect integrity and discipline.
- Must be able to stand for 9 hours.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform, including proper footwear.
- Accurate communication and command of the English language.
- Working POS knowledge.
- Accurate, efficient, and proper cash handling skills.
Candidate must display Southern hospitality, integrity, honesty, outgoing and fun personality.

Pay
$55k–100k/year (Hourly + Tips) for Full-Time & Part-Time roles.
