Our ideal candidate is a motivated beverage professional who is organized, friendly, and passionate. You will be an integral part of our beverage team with a passion for educating and enthralling our guests. You have amazing attention to detail and expansive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. You work well as part of a team, thrive under pressure, and have a strong desire to learn and be a leader among your peers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable cocktails and warm hospitality
• Create engaging guest experiences
• Develop beverage recipes and educate staff
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces
• Work collaboratively as part of a high-volume team

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high-volume bar or restaurant
• Exceptional communication skills
• Expansive food and beverage knowledge
• Experience in beverage recipe development and staff education
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
