Bartender - Bethlehem Barrel & Drafthouse

About the role

Join Aramark as a Bartender and help elevate our guests' experience by serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You'll work alongside passionate teammates, tap into consumer tastes, learn about trends, and build connections while advancing your career in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and process cash and credit card transactions
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including providing drinks from the service well
• Adhere to alcohol service policies, safe drinking guidelines, and verify patron identification for age compliance
• Follow cash handling policies and ensure security of company assets
• Set up, break down, clean, and sanitize workstations
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Provide excellent guest service, anticipate needs, and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a positive demeanor toward guests, clients, and coworkers

Job duties may vary by location and may change to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current trends
• Able to obtain all required Aramark and state/local alcohol service certifications
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
