Create connections. Craft cocktails. You are responsible for preparing and serving inspired drinks while delivering distinctive experiences for guests. You are the charming individual that impresses guests with your beverage expertise and techniques in an unmatched, expertly maintained atmosphere.

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $13 to $14 DOE
Compensation includes hourly wages and tips.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests exceptional service from start to finish during their stay and while visiting Simona’s, the Parlor, Patio & Lawn, and the Pool Area, or during any on-site event
• Educate guests on drink selections and menus, make recommendations based on their preferences, and upsell special items
• Prepare and serve inspired cocktails and beverages
• Perform cocktail & floor serving, bartending, and event execution
• Operate computerized Point of Sale system
• Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
• Operate all bar equipment properly
• Adhere to applicable liquor laws and regulations
• Follow standard cash handling procedures

Requirements

• At least one year of related education, training, and/or experience
• Hospitality experience and guest service awareness
• Responsible alcohol training & experience with mixed beverages
• Knowledge of brewing and other beverage equipment operations
• Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required
• Full-time status requires open availability, 7 days per week
