Bartender Attendant - Embassy Suites Denver Downtown

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks to guests following established guidelines, procedures and policies.
• Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner.
• Maintain a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
• Know and comply with state liquor laws.
• Ensure established pars are maintained.
• Perform all side work duties according to side work schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Liquor certification and TIPS certified.
• Experience with bar service and cocktail preparation.

Physical Demands

• Lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Pushing carts and carrying trays up to 100 lbs.
• Continuous standing for 100% of the shift.
• Climbing approximately 12 steps 20% of the time.
• Ability to maneuver in narrow areas and between seated guests.
• Ability to pay attention to sound and sight details in crowded and noisy situations.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to operate cash register.

Environment

• Physically strenuous - prolonged standing, walking, lifting and carrying throughout the shift.
